Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
Items that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Customised or personalised products
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items that have been used, washed, or tampered with
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jackazon.in with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@jackazon.in with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us
- Share the return tracking details with our team once dispatched
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Razorpay Wallet: 1–3 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time and stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@jackazon.in with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
